Rentals go Quick. How do I reserve one?

In order to reserve a unit and take it off the market you must sign the lease and pay:

  • last month’s rent
  • security deposit in the amount of one month’s rent
  • first month’s rent

How do I renew my lease for next year?

In order to renew a unit for another year and prevent it being rented, all tenants must sign a new lease and update security deposit and last month’s rent to their new values by December 1, 2010. We apologize for any inconvenience this deadline may cause but cannot grant extensions due to the seasonal nature of student housing.

I’m a UPenn student. When is the best time to look for an apartment or house?

The best time to look for a new apartment for the following school year is December / January! This is when we have the most listings. Come in before Winter Break and find your dream apartment.
Please note that due to the nature of the market we must rent on a first-come, first served basis.
